At Resilience Home Care LLC, we are committed to delivering exceptional, compassionate care. To ensure the highest standards, all Home Health Aide (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) applicants must meet the following requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Completion of an approved HHA or CNA training program
Licensure & Certification
• Must hold a valid CNA license or HHA certification in the State of Michigan
OR
• New graduates may be hired with proof of program completion. A 90-day grace period will be granted to pass the state certification exam. Continued employment is contingent upon passing the exam within this timeframe.
Additional Requirements
• Current CPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross preferred)
• Negative TB test (within the past 12 months)
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if transporting clients)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility as needed
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others

Caregiver Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one personal care in the comfort of clients’ homes.
Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and families.
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Perform light housekeeping tasks to help maintain a clean, safe environment.
Offer gentle reminders for self-administered medications.
Follow individualized care plans with compassion and attention to detail.
