We are hiring caregivers in the Michigan to provide non-medical home support to seniors and individuals who need extra assistance at home. As a caregiver with Resilience, you’ll be part of a team that supports you while you deliver care that enhances the quality of life for our clients.

What You’ll Do as a Caregiver:
Provide warm companionship and assist with daily living tasks like dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and meal preparation
Support with personal care needs including bathing, mobility assistance, incontinence care, and safe feeding
Offer safe and friendly transportation to appointments, outings, or errands
Deliver one-on-one care that promotes dignity and independence

What We’re Looking For:
Prior companion or personal care experience (preferred but not required)
A genuine passion for helping others
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Valid Driver’s License, auto insurance, and up-to-date vehicle registration
Ability to pass a background check and provide work-related references
