Resilience Home Care LLC is currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated caregivers to support clients in our local communities. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we provide the training and support you need to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and oral hygiene.
Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment with light housekeeping, laundry, and linen care.
Support clients’ nutrition by helping with meal planning, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and light kitchen clean-up.
Provide incidental transportation (in your vehicle or the client’s) for appointments, errands, or social activities.
Offer timely reminders for self-administered medications.
Monitor and promptly report any changes in client condition or environment according to agency protocols.
Accurately document care and submit reports to the office as required.
Use equipment safely and maintain strict confidentiality of client information.
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
