Caregiver Responsibilities:
Deliver personalized in-home care to clients with professionalism and empathy
Build strong, respectful relationships with clients and their families
Follow care plans to assist with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, mobility, and meals
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment
Remind clients to take self-administered medications
Support clients’ emotional and social well-being through companionship

Requirements for Success:
Prior caregiving or personal care experience preferred
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Weekend availability is a plus
High school diploma or GED (minimum)
Must pass a background check and provide professional references
